Being the cheapest in the industry, Epidemic Gaming has no remorse for sympathy stories of communities that cannot afford game servers and are seeking a sponsorship for that simple reason. We are not looking to sponsor gaming organizations that have freshly started off within the past few months and put together a group of teams to label themselves "Professional Esports" without even having a website. We warn all applicants in advance that we will not sponsor someone that does not have a professional grade website and an IRC channel with a decent amount of idlers that are able to provide our IRC channel with dedicated idlers in return. We will not accept applications from organizations that are already sponsored by a game server company or a company that provides game servers, we find this useless and will not be put up side by side with another company. If at any time a organization violates agreements made over the sponsorship, we have the ability to and will most likely immediately drop the sponsorship. We are not interested in financial sponsorships, this includes LAN fees, leagues fees, clothing fees and anything else that we cannot provide with our immediate available services.

We expect that applicants will have the ability to post some form of web statistics in their application such as google analytics or an impressive alexa ranking. We require immediately that all sponsors will keep "By EPIGaming.com" in their provided servers, will display an Epidemic Gaming banner on their website, list our website and IRC channel in their IRC channel, grant requested epidemic administrators with OP status in their IRC channel (One of them will be advertising once an hour on a timer in their channel), list the epidemic IRC channel and website on each and every team page within the organization as well as Steam Community/Xfire Clan Pages.
